As a general guide, many flowers can last around one week, while some fresh cut flower varieties may have a vase life of less than one week. Proper handling and flower care can help extend their freshness.

How should I care for fresh cut flowers after receiving them?

To help extend the vase life of fresh cut flowers, place them in a clean vase with fresh water as soon as possible. Remove leaves that would be below the water level, keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, and regularly change the water. Different flower varieties may require different care, so follow the recommended care instructions whenever available.

How long can I keep my order for pickup?

Orders arranged for pickup should be collected within a maximum of one week from the agreed pickup date. If you require a different pickup arrangement, please contact the FLOMART team in advance.

What should I do if there is a problem with my flower order?

If you experience a quality or order-related issue, please contact FLOMART within 1 × 24 hours on the same day of receiving your order, together with the relevant details and original photographs or other supporting information.
